Ninevah Province Governor Duvaid Kashmola(seated far left), Multi-National Corps-Iraq commander Lt. Gen. Raymond Odierno, Tal Afar Mayor Najim Abdullah(standing), Task Force Lightning assistant division commander for support Brig. Gen. Frank Wiercinski, and 4th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division commander Col. Stephen Twitty meet in Tal Afar on April 1 to discuss the clean-up, reconstruction, and security of the city after the recent bomb attack. These leaders meet with the local sheiks and Tal Afar citizens to unite their efforts in rebuilding the city and continuing the progress they have experienced in Tal Afar in the last 15 months.
