Robert Vandertuin, the head of a Combined Joint Civil Military Operations Task Force, for visiting in Chachoengsao, Kingdom of Thailand, Jan. 31, 2018. Both Royal Thai and U.S. Armed Forces observed the efforts being made by the villagers to prevent future elephant stampedes and donated several bags of rice and potatoes to the village.
