Richard Brown, Commander, Naval Surface Forces, accepts ownership of the littoral combat ship USS Omaha (LCS 12) during the ship's commissioning ceremony at Broadway Pier in downtown San Diego. Omaha is the 11th littoral combat ship to enter the fleet and the sixth of the Independence variant.
