Joshua Wilhelm, a Military Information Support Operations officer assigned to Fort Bragg, N.C., presents his master's degree thesis, "Propaganda and Identity: How Propaganda Exploited Identity During the Yugoslav Wars of Dissolution." Wilhelm was one of 20 special-operations Soldiers to earn a master's in strategic-security studies through the National Defense University's College of International Security Affairs.
