Jordan Sugars, during the setting of the first watch as part of the commissioning ceremony of the littoral combat ship USS Omaha (LCS 12) at Broadway Pier in downtown San Diego. Omaha is the 11th littoral combat ship to enter the fleet and the sixth of the Independence variant.
