During a small group discussion conducted during the closing hours of the 143d Sustainment Command (Expeditionary)’s Mission Training Brief conducted Feb. 3, 2018, in Orlando, Fla., U.S. Army Command Sgt. Maj. Gerald Knight, command sergeant major, 641st Regional Support Group, speaks with the 641st RSG’s leadership about their roles in responsibilities in meeting their commander’s intent to maintain readily deployable force at all times. Knight emphasized that the brigade’s leadership should make every effort to visit their subordinate commands to assess their ability to adhere to an effective individual and collective training regimens that physically, mentally, medically and administratively prepare their Soldiers for the rigors of combat.
