A platoon leader with 1st Battalion, 158th Infantry Regiment calls in a nine-line medical evacuation request after a Soldier in his platoon suffered a mock injury Jan. 20, during an air assault training mission on Florence Military Reservation. It’s important that Soldiers practice the proper way to call for a MEDEVAC so if they are deployed or in a training accident they know what to do.
