West Virginia National Guard's 111th Engineer Brigade held a change of command Sunday, Feb. 4, 2018, at the brigade headquarters in Eleanor, W.Va. WVNG Adjutant General, Maj. Gen. James A. Hoyer, presided over the ceremony, which saw outgoing commander Col. David P. Shafer relinquish command to Col. Murray E. Holt.
