AIBONITO, Puerto Rico, January 31, 2018 - FEMA Hazard Mitigation staff Benjamín Marrero (left) and Emmanuel Soto (right), evaluate data of areas affected by Hurricane María, in the municipality of Aibonito. Hazard Mitigation staff conduct visits to residential and non-residential structures that were affected by the hurricane, to collect data for the Substantial Damage Estimator tool, that will assist state and local government in accordance with the requirements of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP).
