Ryan A. Fisher, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Civil Works and 54th Chief of Engineers Lt. Gen. Todd Semonite, toured the Intermediate Staging Base on Fort Buchanan, during their visit to Puerto Rico, February 7, 2018. The purpose of the visit was to get an update on how the temporary power mission has been progressing in the aftermath of hurricanes Irma and Maria. The USACE Tulsa District recently took responsibility of the temporary power mission.
