William Frye, the sergeant major of Marine Corps Forces Europe and Africa, in Bardufoss, Norway, Jan. 31, 2018. Frye and Maj.Gen. Russell A.C. Sanborn, the commander of Marine Corps Forces Europe and Africa, participated in this training evolution to experience the training the Marines have endured throughout their time in Norway.
