Brigadier General Gregory Mosser, commanding general, 364th Expeditionary Sustainment Command, observes transloading operations at Khabari Crossing on the Kuwait-Iraq border, Feb. 4, 2018, during Joint Monthly Access for Reserve Component (JMARC), a quarterly opportunity for senior leaders from the U.S. Army National Guard and Reserve to visit with deployed Soldiers.
