A U.S. Marine Corps AV-8B Harrier with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 162 (Reinforced), 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), approaches the amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7) as part of deck landing qualifications, where the pilot must demonstrate that they can safely and successfully take off and land the aircraft, in the Atlantic Ocean, Feb. 9, 2018.
