Tucker Morgan plows dirt around the construction of a school building in support of Exercise Cobra Gold 2018 at Bankhaotien School in Lopburi, Kingdom of Thailand, Feb. 9, 2018. Morgan is a still pavement and equipment engineer with 18th Civil Engineering Squadron, and is native of Seattle, Washington. Humanitarian civic assistance projects conducted during the exercise support the needs and humanitarian interests of the Thai people.
