NORFOLK, Va. (Feb. 14, 2018) -- Personnel Specialist Seaman Recruit Ian Eppink, from Russford, Ohio, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford’s (CVN 78) administration department, and Chief Ship's Serviceman Cesar Hernandez, from Glendale Arizona, assigned to Ford's Supply department, cut a cake during the January and February birthday luncheon on the mess decks.
