Col. Chris Gentry, of Franklin, Tenn., commander of the 643rd Regional Support Group, an Army Reserve unit headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, releases the soldiers of the 643rd RSG from active duty at the conclusion of a welcome home ceremony held at Camp Atterbury, Ind., June 12. The 643rd RSG had just completed a year-long deployment to Afghanistan where they provided garrison support at Kandahar Airfield.
