Killea, Commanding General, Marine Corps Installations West, and Kim McWaters, CEO of Universal Technical Institute (R) open the garage bay door at the official opening of the BMW MSTEP (Military Service Technician Education Program) center aboard Camp Pendleton on Thursday. BMW of North America is working with the Marine Corps in a first-of-its-kind partnership to open an automotive technician training center on a U.S. military base.
