Georgia High School High Tech students visit Fort Stewart’s Warrior’s Walk during a tour of the base on Feb. 15. The Georgia High School High Tech program is a community-based program providing youth with disabilities a link to academic and career development experiences, such as military service. The tour was hosted by Soldiers of 2nd Battalion, 69th Armor Regiment, 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division and included a static display of military equipment, a visit to Warriors Walk, lunch with Soldiers and a visit to the 3rd ID museum. Warrior’s Walk is dedicated to the Soldiers and attached units of 3rd Infantry Division who served in Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom.
