Kyle Hinds, a Navy Nurse Corps Officer assigned to the Medical Treatment Facility aboard the USNS Mercy (T-AH 19), minutes before the ship’s departure in support of Pacific Partnership 2018 — the largest annual multilateral humanitarian assistance and disaster relief preparedness mission conducted in the Indo-Pacific Region.
