Bayamon, Puerto Rico, Feb. 13, 2018—FEMA Region VII personnel, Region VII Administrator Paul Taylor, and FEMA personnel from the Joint Field Office take an aerial tour of infrastructure damaged by Hurricanes Maria last September. Work continues on a main bridge near the town of Utuado that was destroyed by floodwaters. The Río Abajo neighborhood in this central mountain region had been cut off after Hurricane Maria destroyed the only bridge connecting the area to the nearby town. FEMA/K.C. Wilsey
