    Chaplain (Maj.) Erik Spicer, 181st Multi-Functional Training Brigade provides an invocation during the installation observance of African-American History Month on Feb. 15, 2018, at Fort McCoy, Wis. Freelance historic interpreter William "Bill" Thompson of Minneapolis served as the guest speaker for the event.
