Col. Samantha Hinchman, human resources director for Regional Health Command-Pacific (RHC-P) conducts face-to-face training Feb. 9 on the hiring process, during the last day of a five-day training summit for human resources staff members and select staff, who came together from across the pacific region in Honolulu, Hawaii. The purpose of the summit was to enhance leadership capabilities, increase knowledge-base in the field and to refine hiring and personnel management processes.
