Maj. Gen. John A. Toolan (left), commanding general of Regional Command Southwest, and Lt. Kevin Elwell, the Task Force Belleau Wood medical officer in charge of the combat aid station, and native of Williamsport, Pa., cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the new CAS and Wounded Warrior berthing area on Camp Leatherneck, Helmand province, June 16. The opening of the new facility allows for more patients to be seen at a time, as well as more privacy. Toolan, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was the guest of honor for the celebration.
