Security force members from El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama and the U.S. participate in a joint combined Airborne Operations Exercise at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, Feb. 22, 2018. The purpose of the exercise was to sustain jumper proficiency while stretching bonds of camaraderie among participating partner nations. Training was led by the Special Operations Command South with logistical support from Joint Task Force-Bravo. Central American forces included the Special Operations and Airborne Battalion from El Salvador, Special Rapid Interdiction Group from Guatemala, Panamanian security forces, and the Honduran 2nd Infantry Battalion.
