Firefighters from Military Ocean Terminal Concord, Calif., learn the many facets of operating watercraft from Reserve Soldiers like Sgt. Nicholas Chapman, of the 467th Transportation Company, Tacoma, Wash. Chapman is one of two Soldiers currently on orders to teach installation firefighters to operate watercraft so they can earn their Coast Guard certification and better fight fires aboard ships in the bay.
