Oregon Army National Guard Sgt. Todd Williams and Sgt. Chris Brant, network operators with C Company, 741st Brigade Engineer Battalion, 41st Infantry Brigade Combat Team, raise a 15-meter High Capacity Line of Sight (HCLOS) Terminal at Camp Rilea, March 3, 2018. The HCLOS transmits radio signals to another HCLOS site, allowing Soldiers to communicate in the event of the loss of satellite signals. The three-day training gave Soldiers an opportunity to familiarize themselves with this new equipment. (Photo by Staff Sgt. Amy Elker, 115th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment)
