Service members, of Task Force Darby on Contingency Location Garoua, Cameroon, teach local leaders the Do-Nou method March 1, to repair deep ruts in the road before the rainy season. The method was pioneered by Japanese engineers for rural areas with limited traffic. Staff Sgt. Betancourt (middle) poses with village workers after the project.
