Fort Worth was one of several commands the visitors toured as part of a day-long U.S. Navy familiarization visit. Fort Worth is a Freedom-variant littoral combat ship and is designed to be fast, agile, shallow draft, and mission-focused with the ability to operate in littorals and open ocean.
