    March 3, 2018, Deputy Commander Lt. Col. John Cunningham visits Portland District volunteers deployed to the Aguadilla project office in Puerto Rico in support of Task Force Power Restoration. He flew via helicopter from Aguadilla to the remote Team 10 site in the island's southern mountains.
