Chief Petty Officer Ryan Oakley (right), assigned to Commander, Task Group 56.1, and a Pakistan Navy diver give an OK signal before conducting a scuba dive operation as part of a diving and salvage exchange. The divers conducted scuba operations, anti-terrorism force-protection training dives, and practiced underwater search techniques and diving fundamentals during the exchange.
