1st Sgt. Cad McDannald, a top recruiter from the Illinois National Guard encourages local youth to keep on moving during a circuit training session, Mar. 11. More than 40 high school students from St. Croix’s two public high schools were engaged by recruiters from the VING along with McDannald and Staff Sgt. Mark Van Bibber- both top recruiters with the Illinois National Guard during a ‘Soldier for a Day' event.
