Cmdr. Roger C. Ferguson, delivers remarks during a change of command ceremony for the Gold Crew of the Ohio-class ballistic missile submarine USS Pennsylvania (SSBN 735). Ferguson comes to Pennsylvania from Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, where he served as the deputy executive assistant to Adm. Swift, Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet. Ferguson relieved Cmdr. Andrew J.
