James Fryer, a member of the Ohio Army National Guard's 1194th Engineer Company and a Chillicothe, Ohio, resident, constructs a wall for a barracks improvement project June 6 at the Camp Ravenna Joint Military Training Center. The 1194th has conducted a variety of construction missions during its two-week annual training period at the northeast Ohio training center.
