Staff Sgt. Milton Rodriguez, an artilleryman with Battery A, 3rd Battalion, 319th Airborne Field Artillery Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, tosses an artillery shell, clearing the way for the next artillery round to be fired during the Joint Operations Access Exercise at Sicily Drop Zone on Fort Bragg, N.C., June 27. Rodriguez, a native of Queens, N.Y., and the other artillerymen of 3-319th conducted crew drills and fired rounds throughout the JOAX even during the severe thunderstorms which rolled through just before midnight of June 26.
