Lt. Col. Thomas Loper, C-5M Super Galaxy pilot, flies a C-5M on a mission from Dover Air Force Base, Del., on June 5, 2011. The C-5M's mission was to complete the first Arctic overflight from Dover Air Force Base to Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan. The plane successfully landed at Bagram just over 15 hours later on June 6, 2011.
