Sgt. Leonard Arcos, an El Paso, Texas, native and Sgt. Aziz Mohammed, a New York native, both operations non-commissioned officers with the 51st Transportation Company, helped transport the memorial from Ali Al Salem, Kuwait, to Arifjan, Kuwait. The final destination for the memorial is Mannheim, Germany, where it will be presented in a ceremony to the fallen soldier’s parents.
