U.S. Marines design a Forward Arming and Refueling Point on a sand table during a Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron 1 Expeditionary Ordnance Course in support of Weapons and Tactics Instructor course 2-18 at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Ariz., March 15.
