    Joint Sustainment Command - Afghanistan

    Runners sign up prior to the Magnolia Provider 5K run hosted by Joint Sustainment Command – Afghanistan at Kandahar Airfield on July 4. All proceeds from the race went to the Wounded Minuteman of Mississippi Organization. The organization raises awareness and funds to assist wounded veterans with their return to normal life. Beneficiaries include members and former members of the Mississippi National Guard wounded in action since 9/11. The Magnolia Provider 5K totaled 353 runners and some 45 volunteers from the 184th Expeditionary Sustainment Command. The race raised over $5,000 to benefit the Wounded Minuteman of Mississippi Organization.
