Jeffrey Wood, Joint task Force-Bravo Medical Element executive officer, walks with U.S. Ambassador to Nicaragua, the Honorable Laura Dogu, towards a local clinic in Waspam, North Caribbean Autonomous Region of Nicaragua, March 22, 2018, where a Medical Readiness Training Exercise between the U.S. and Nicaraguan armies is taking place. The exercise involved service members assigned to JTF-Bravo, the Nicaraguan Army and the Ministry of Health who provided preventive health, medical screenings, basic health care services, pharmacy and dental care free of charge from March 20 -24.
