A member of the Iraqi border guard force reviews information about equipment being transferred from the U.S. Army 249th Composite Supply Company, 82nd Airborne Division, at Camp Taji, Iraq, March 26, 2018. The U.S. provides training and equipment to vetted Iraqi security forces through the National Defense Authorization Act fiscal year 2015; Iraq Train and Equip Fund. Training and equipment is in support of the Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve mission to defeat and deny ISIS safe haven by creating and enabling Iraqi forces to defend and secure their country from terrorism.
