Peñuelas, Puerto Rico, Dec. 18, 2017--Two new power poles were installed between the mountains of Peñuelas. Roads were rebuilt for the entry of trucks and the poles were delivered by helicopters. The installation process lasted for about two weeks due to restricted accessibility in the mountains. FEMA and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers work in partnership with contractors to re-establish the power grid. FEMA/Eduardo Martinez
