West Virginia Army National Guard Soldiers rinse off a mock casualty with water as part of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and High-Yield Explosive Enhanced Response Force Package (CERF-P) decontamination team initial training March 26, 2018 at Volkstone Training Area, Camp Dawson, W.Va.
