Army Reserve Spc. Kevin Gonzalez, a chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) specialist, assigned to the 369th Chemical Company, 450th Chemical Battalion, 76th Division (Operational Response) performs maintenance on a M1135 Nuclear, Biological, Chemical Reconnaissance Vehicle (NBCRV) at the George W.
