170808-N-IA905-0073 PACIFIC OCEAN (Aug. 8, 2017) Aviation Machinist’s Mate 3rd Class Aaron Williams, assigned to the “Easyriders” of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron 37 (HSM-37), cleans the window of an MH-60R Sea Hawk on the flight deck of the guided-missile destroyer USS Preble (DDG 88). Preble is underway conducting a composite training unit exercise (COMPTUEX) with the Theodore Roosevelt Carrier Strike Group in preparation for an upcoming deployment. COMPTUEX tests a carrier strike group’s mission-readiness and ability to perform as an integrated unit through simulated real-world scenarios.
