An RQ-7B Shadow with Marine Unmanned Aerial Vehilcle Squadron 3 stands ready for the first operational launch of a VMU-3 UAV from Camp Leatherneck, Afghanistan, June 30. VMU-3 recently implemented a new detachment located on Camp Leatherneck with the assistance of Marine Wing Support Squadron 272.
