Master Chief Russell Folley, the 2nd Marine Logistics Group (Forward) command master chief, talks to sailors and Marines after a ceremony aboard Camp Leatherneck, Afghanistan, July 11, 2011. The ceremony was to award six sailors the Fleet Marine Force pin. In order for a sailor to receive a FMF pin they must take a written test, pass a Marine Corps physical fitness test and serve at least one year with a Marine Corps unit.
