Brian Sittlow, commanding officer of the Los Angeles-class attack submarine USS Boise, as he discusses various missions and methods of operation in the submarine's wardroom. Dalton toured Boise and congratulated Sittlow and the crew for their recent award of the 2010 Battenberg Cup, which distinguished Boise as the best all-around ship in the U.S. Atlantic Fleet.
