Soldiers from the U.S. Army’s motor transport operator Military Occupational Specialty learn to use the Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck (HEMTT) with a load-handling system April 20, 2015, at the Fort McCoy, Wis., Tactical Training Base Patriot as part of training by the 426th Regiment Regional Training Institute. The 426th is a tenant organization at the installation.
