Mentors talk to Air Force ROTC cadets during a speed mentoring session during Pathways to Blue April 6, 2018, on Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi. During the session, cadets and Airmen were able to ask questions to multiple officers about what their job entails and what they should expect if they pursue that path. The event provided more than 280 cadets from 15 different colleges and universities a chance to receive hands-on demonstrations of various career fields.
