(April 4, 2018) Electronics Technician (Navigation) 2nd Class Trever Wammack, assigned to the Los Angeles-class fast-attack submarine USS Dallas (SSN 700), lowers the commissioning pennant during the boat’s decommissioning ceremony held at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS).
